2nd Firefighter – Unknown cause of death but you know he dead.
9 more firefighters based on the shots we get, although you can only tell what happens to a few of them. 1 gets impaled with from what I’m to understand is a halligan bar (I’m not a firefighter, but props to the makers of this movie for implementing tools of the trade in such a fashion), 1 slashed to death with a saw, and 3 others getting bludgeoned to death with the bar. The other 4 their fates are unknown but again, you see the bodies later on, you just can’t see what happened. So I’ll add 3 to unknown causes of death, and 1 more as a slashing as you see one body with an ax sticking out of it. This section is basically just so I can show my work and so that people can dispute that way as a community we can get a proper count (meaning I could always be wrong).
Phil – Stabbed to death with a fluorescent bulb (anyone else getting 90’s ECW flashbacks?) and then pretty much every knife in the dudes kitchen. I’m not counting Sondra because you see in the next movie that she’s alive (albeit not well).
Dennis – Decapitated.
Marion Chambers – Stabbed to death.
Marcus – Stabbed through the eye in the most nonchalant way possible.
Vanessa – I’ve skipped counting a lot of kills, including one of Michael using someone as a human shield in Rob Zombie’s Halloween, maybe I shouldn’t have, but until I get the time to put in another couple dozens of hours converting the code I made for this segment of the site into WordPress plugins (it’s on the list, but right now I’m working alone and someone has to keep the content coming in while the code is being written as well), I can’t really take it back without editing every analysis I’ve made for this franchise. I’m going to count this one, because she definitely wouldn’t have died if it weren’t for him, but I’m not going to create a new category for it, I’ll just tack it into Unknown, even though we definitely know what happens here. I think this will just be easier in the long run for me to collect the data, as well as you, the reader, in digesting the data.
